Autocorrect entry
An AutoCorrect entry consists of a word that is misspelled often and its corresponding correction. Whenever a word with a created AutoCorrect entry is misspelled, the word is automatically corrected. The misspelled word is replaced with the correct spelling as the incorrect word is typed.
NOTE: The AutoCorrect function is used with commonly misspelled words, such as 'the' and 'and'.
AutoCorrect can also be used as a shortcut to typing large or multiple words.
EXAMPLE: So that 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' would not have to be retyped every time it is needed, an AutoCorrect entry can be created, causing the long word to be automatically inserted each time a selected abbreviation, such as, 'sup' is typed.
NOTE: These two uses for AutoCorrect entries are actually the same thing, using AutoCorrect to automatically correct a word (or abbreviation) that is typed in.
